Building a brand from scratch
You are starting a new brand. Dimensions measured: positioning, target audience, name and legal readiness, visual identity, resources and capacity.
PRE-ASSESSMENT
Before you commit to a large project, see where you stand.
Most projects struggle because they start from the wrong place. After you fill in a six-step form, the Pre-assessment Report measures your readiness across five dimensions, lists the risks and opportunities ahead of you, and sets out a roadmap for the first 90 days.
The report is not generated automatically. Our team reviews the draft the rule engine produces, adds the expert commentary, and only then sends it to you.
The form shows different questions depending on your request type, and your report is scored on the dimensions specific to that type.
You are starting a new brand. Dimensions measured: positioning, target audience, name and legal readiness, visual identity, resources and capacity.
You have a brand but it is not visible online. Dimensions measured: channel presence, content and trust, search visibility, measurement, resources and capacity.
You are moving a physical product from Türkiye to the US or the other way round. Dimensions measured: regulation and compliance, logistics and operations, price and cost, market and localisation, resources and capacity.
You are moving a service or digital product into a new market. Dimensions measured: regulation and compliance, payments and operations, price and tax, market and localisation, resources and capacity.
Each of the five dimensions is scored from 0 to 100. Your overall score falls into one of three levels: Foundational work needed (0–39), Developing (40–69), Ready to execute (70–100).
The dimensions that score highly and the positive signals in your application.
Findings that come from reading your answers together rather than one by one. If your sales channel does not match your logistics setup, or your target volume does not match the time you can commit, you will see it in the report.
An ordered task list. The number of tasks in the first period is capped according to the hours you can commit each week; the item at the top of the list is marked “Start with this one”.
An assessment written by our team. It does not repeat the findings; it explains which decision determines which, and what you should focus on first.
One concrete step. It may be something you can do yourself or a service of ours that fits.
This price reflects the fact that the rule engine does most of the assessment. Our team’s time goes into interpretation and calibration.
8,000 TRY + VAT (≈ $165) · delivery extends to 5 business days
In the form you name three competitors and write why you chose each. If you take the add-on, our team examines those three through publicly available sources and adds the following to your report:
We do not invent what we cannot find. If follower counts, revenue, pricing or review scores are not available in public sources, the report says so. A source list is included.
Launch pricing. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
If you begin a project after the report, we deduct what you paid for the report from the fee for that work. Valid for projects starting within 60 days of the report date, and once per client.
Six steps, around 15 minutes. You choose your request type and the tool shows you the questions for that type. Three competitors and their links are required fields. No payment at this stage.
The form produces an application code and opens a prepared email. Sending that email delivers your application to us. You can also copy the code and send it yourself.
After we receive your application we send you the payment information and your invoice. Work on the report begins once your payment reaches us.
The rule engine produces the draft, our team reviews it and adds the expert commentary. If we see a deviation in the scores, we correct it.
Within 3 business days of payment, as a PDF. If you took the competitor pre-analysis add-on, delivery is 5 business days.
Delivery time runs from the day your payment reaches us.
The report shows what is and is not ready; it does not tell you what the outcome will be.
On regulatory matters we give a general frame, not a ruling. Consult your own adviser for critical decisions.
The report rests on what you tell us; we do not verify your answers. The information in the competitor add-on is compiled from publicly available sources.
Visual identity is measured as a readiness dimension, but that does not mean we will design your visual identity.
Customs tariffs and marketplace rules in particular change often; the report flags the areas that need confirming rather than quoting fixed rates.
Around 15 minutes. There are six steps, and because your answers are held in your browser you can stop and come back.
Yes. Who you consider your competitors, and why, is a readiness signal in itself. Even without the competitor add-on, this makes the report more accurate.
Yes — for example “Turkish ceramics shops on Etsy”. In that case we look at representative examples and the report states that the finding is a generalisation.
A rule engine produces the draft, but no report is sent without team review. The expert commentary and the recommended next step are written by our team.
The rule engine does most of the assessment. Our team’s time goes into interpreting the findings and calibrating the scores rather than producing them. That makes the report cheaper, not thinner.
No. The report is a usable output on its own. If you do decide to continue, the fee is deducted from work starting within 60 days.
No. The form is free. After we receive your application we send the payment details and your invoice; work begins once payment reaches us.
